Blogging for my grandkids

I recently decided that my six grandchildren deserve to know their grandpa Harry. So I found two books given to me by my oldest daughter, Stephanie, several years ago. One is entitled, "A Father's Legacy - Your Life Story in Your Own Words." The other is "A Grandfather's Memories to His Grandchild." I started using these as a template shortly after my decision, however instead of writing in the books, I wrote the information in Microsoft Word and put it into a folder in my computer.

Encouraged by my close friends, Lantz and Jessica Howard, I have now decided to become a blogger. This blog is the beginning. Through it my grandchildren can keep up with my writings if they choose - now or in the future.

I'm excited about this.
